Sesame Seeds
Sesame production has become an important source of income in Mali.
The sesame sector is traditional but is progressively developing and sesame could become an important cash crop for smallholders in Mali. Sesame cultivation employs over 80,000 farmers.
With an extensive network of farmers and cooperatives in various villages spread across the southern region of Mali, we focus on building long term relationships boosting this sector for ensuring food security and the improvement of small-scale farmers’ livelihood.
Procured sesame seeds are cleaned and sorted locally at our processing facility in Bamako so that our customers only receive the finest quality of seeds with minimum impurities.
